REQUEST FOR PRICE QUOTATION
The item(s) listed herein below is/are among the requirements of the Corporation at present. If you are interested in supplying us therewith, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein:
Please submit the following:
- Price quotation (inclusive of all applicable taxes); not later than October 3, 2014, 1:00PM;
- Current/valid DTI/SEC Registration;
- Current/valid Mayor's/Business Permit;
- Resume of service engineers indicating their required qualifications (should be attached and made part of the technical proposal); and
- Annex A - Financial Proposal (Schedule of Equipment and Charges)
Other requirement:
- The supplier/provider must be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
- Service engineers should have specialized training and at least two (2) years experience for each type of equipment specified in Annex A. They should also be familiar with Microsoft technology, software and applications.
The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
